Caribbean Style Fried Fish

Close your eyes and you are at home, open your eyes and with this recipe you are at the beach.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil ⁠
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano ⁠
  • A touch of paprika (optional)⁠
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)⁠
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Let's cook this deliciousness!

Mix the ingredients and add it to the fish, let it marinate for at least 2 hours. Place plenty of oil in a deep frying pan, when it is very hot, add the fish and fry until well cooked and the desired golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes per side. Serve with tostones and green salad.
