We present to you one of the Dominicans' favorites.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef liver
- ½ white onion
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 cubanela chili (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Let's cook this delicious delicacy!
Fillet the liver to your liking, it can be in strips or pieces. Season it with salt, pepper and garlic, let it marinate for about 15 minutes or more. In a frying pan, add oil over medium-high heat, when it is very hot, sauté the liver and sauté them for 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Add the onion and chili, sauté for 4 more minutes, and it will be ready. You can serve it with a red bean moro (recipe available on the blog), avocado and a delicious salad. It's finger-lickin' good!
