Ingredients for the dough:
10 green bananas
3 green bananas
3 ripe plantains
2 lbs white yautia
2 lbs yellow yautía
2 cups of milk
2 ½ lbs of pumpkin
3 tablespoons of crushed garlic
3 tablespoons of annatto or achiote
½ cup oil
1 tablespoon of sour orange juice
2 tablespoons of adobo

Let's prepare the dough! Grate the vegetables on the less coarse side of the guayo (or grater) you can use a blender or food processor (optional). Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Ingredients for stuffing:
1 ½ lbs ground beef
2 tablespoons oil
2 small boxes of raisins
1 chopped cubanela bell pepper
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons adobo
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 sprigs of chopped cilantrit
1 tablespoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Let's prepare the stuffing! Season the meat. In a frying pan or cauldron heat the oil and add the meat, after 15 minutes of cooking, add the tomato paste, let it take color, set aside.
Now to form the cakes! Put 2 1⁄2 tablespoons of the dough on a banana leaf square, 2 tablespoons of meat in the center, cover the filling with 2 tablespoons of the dough, fold into an envelope shape and tie. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
To cook them! Heat in a pot the measure of a gallon of water and 2 teaspoons of salt, when it is boiling add the cakes, cook them for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring a few times so that they cook well on both sides, and ready!
