Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1 cup medium grain rice
4 cups whole milk
6 oz condensed milk
2 cinnamon sticks
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Add the water to a saucepan over medium high heat, once it is boiling add the rice and salt. Reduce the heat, cover and cook until the water is absorbed, approximately 15 minutes. Add the milk, cinnamon sticks and lemon zest. Bring the milk to a boil, reduce the heat and cook uncovered for about 25 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and creamy, stirring occasionally. Then add the condensed milk and vanilla. Cook, stirring frequently, until the flavor is absorbed, about 5 minutes more. Ready!
