Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked pork crackling
- 4 green bananas
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Vegetable oil for frying
- ½ lb cooked pumpkin
- 3 cups of water
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro
Let's cook this delight!
Peel and cut the bananas into rounds, set aside. Pour the oil into a deep frying pan, heat over medium-high heat, and fry the plantains until cooked. Chop the pork rinds into small pieces. Mash the plantains in a bowl with the chicharrón pieces and a little garlic (2 cloves), repeat until you finish frying them. To serve it, form balls with your hands and place on top of a pylon. Place the pumpkin in a small pot, boil with the water, a clove of garlic and salt to taste. Once it is soft, pour it into a blender and blend until the ingredients are integrated.
