For meat lovers, we present this Latin alternative that is tempting for its practicality and incredible flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. sirloin or your meat (preferred)
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 white onion cut into slices
- 1 sachet of cilantro and annatto adobo
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Let's cook!
Season the steak (previously cut) with salt, pepper, oregano, cumin and coriander and annatto seasoning. Then add the garlic and stir well. In a frying pan, add olive oil at medium-high temperature, sauté the meat from side to side until the desired doneness. Remove the meat, and in that pan cook the onion with the vinegar and a pinch of salt, until it softens. Serve with the accompaniment of your choice! on this occasion with a morito of slackers.
