Ingredients:
- 1 lb elbows
- 2 cups cooked ham
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
- 1 cooked carrot (diced)
- 1 small red onion (chopped to your liking)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- ½ cup stuffed olives
- 5 chopped boiled eggs
- 2 teaspoons of milk cream
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Come on, it's easy!
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, adding a pinch of salt. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool. Then in a large bowl mix all the ingredients including the pasta, add the mayonnaise diluted with the 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Add salt and pepper to your taste, stir and that's it. Serve and enjoy!
