Elbow Salad
One of the protagonists of the Latin table, we love it and enjoy it very much, alone or as a companion to another dish. The elbow salad has a unique and sometimes festive personality, and today we are going to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb elbows
  • 2 cups cooked ham
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
  • 1 cooked carrot (diced)
  • 1 small red onion (chopped to your liking)
  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • ½ cup stuffed olives
  • 5 chopped boiled eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of milk cream
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Come on, it's easy!

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, adding a pinch of salt. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool. Then in a large bowl mix all the ingredients including the pasta, add the mayonnaise diluted with the 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Add salt and pepper to your taste, stir and that's it. Serve and enjoy!
