Portions (5 persons)
Ingredients:
3 cups rice
3 tablespoons of oil
1 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of white wine
2 ½ cups water
2 tablespoons pepper marinade
½ cup petit pois or peas
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped leeks
½ cup red and yellow peppers
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup chopped almonds and walnuts
Salt to taste
Let's get cooking!
In a pot heat the oil adding the onion, garlic, peppers, sauté for 3 minutes. Add the wine, water, marinade and salt to taste. Let it boil, then add the rice, let it dry. Once dry, lower the heat, cover and cook for 30 minutes. When cooked, add the walnuts and stir until well combined. Ready to serve. Surely you won't eat a CHIN... Enjoy!
