Ingredients:
- 1 large whole turkey cut into pieces
- 5 potatoes cut into cubes
- 2 large carrots cut
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 chopped green pepper
- ½ cup cooked ham
- 1 envelope of seasoning with annatto
- 4 bay leaves
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olives and capers
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups of cooking wine
- 1 beer (whatever you like)

Add the oil to the hot pot at medium temperature, add the turkey cut into pieces and fry until golden brown. Then add the onion, pepper, tomato sauce, olives, capers, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, salt, seasoning and wine, and mix well. Increase the heat until it boils, add the potatoes and carrot.
