Ingredients:
- ½ lb elbows (size to your liking)
- Water (to cook pasta)
- 2 tablespoons oil (canola, vegetable)
- ½ red and green pepper, diced
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked ham cut into cubes
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Eggs (optional)
- Pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
Let's prepare this salad!
Bring enough water, salt and oil to a boil in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. When it is cooked, drain it very well and let it cool completely. Place the pasta in a large bowl, add the peppers and onion. Stir well and season with salt to taste. Let it cool in the refrigerator for several hours before serving! Ready to serve, mayonnaise is the best way to consume it right away.
