Dominican Moro de Guandules

Ingredients:

3 cups rice
2 ½ cups of water
3 tablespoons of oil
½ chopped cubanela chili bell pepper
½ chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of adobo without pepper
1 can of drained pigeon peas
Cilantrito chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Let's prepare this moro!

Heat the oil in a pot, sauté the garlic, onion, chili, pigeon peas for 3 minutes, add the cilantrit, adobo, salt and pepper to taste. After sautéing, add the water and let it boil, add the rice, stir and cover. When dry, lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, remove and serve! A hearty meal awaits you, enjoy.
